My dad, Mitch, was diagnosed on December 9th, 2008 with stage 4 signet ring cell carcinoma of the appendix. He passed away August 20th, 2012 at age 50. He had a heart of gold, a great sense of humor, and a fighting spirit.  He prayed for a miracle and a cure for his cancer every day. He lived each day to his fullest potential. The above picture is how he would want to be remembered. We miss him every day.
